We can give you the insight you need into audiences, brands and categories.
In terms of audiences, we look into applicant motivation and decision making, international audiences and those who are ‘hard to recruit’. We’ll also research stakeholder perceptions and carry out segmentation and persona development.
On the brand front we’ll handle employer brand and EVP development, plus creative and concept testing and campaign evaluation. Mystery shopping is another useful tool.
