In 2025, Huron Consulting Group was scaling its India Global Capability Center (GCC) across their consulting and technology capability areas. But the company faced three challenges:

 

  • Brand awareness in India was low relative to larger competitors.
  • Lack of perception as an employer of choice within the GCC and consulting talent ecosystem.
  • Late-stage drop-offs at offer stage due to uncertainty around long-term opportunity, career growth, and the scale of impact within the India GCC – signalling that employer positioning lacked clarity and credibility.

The Solution

We focused on three pillars to reposition Huron as a high-quality, high-impact consulting and technology environment. First, we created an India-relevant employer narrative that articulated why Huron’s differentiation.

Then we developed storytelling that showcased real project work, employee journeys, capability depth, and tangible career progression pathways. And finally, we implemented an always-on, full-funnel marketing ecosystem, while continuously tracking performance and optimising budgets.

The Results

 Beyond engagement metrics, the campaign strengthened employer credibility and reduced late-stage drop-offs by providing clearer career narratives and proof of opportunity within the India GCC. Huron successfully accelerated awareness, improved employer perception in a competitive consulting market, and created a scalable recruitment marketing engine that supported priority hiring growth. The integrated approach delivered sustained brand growth and engagement momentum.
