For many employees, “mandatory training” signals something to rush through – or avoid altogether. But when the goal is to upskill a global network of creatives and introduce a transformative AI tool that will soon shape their daily workflow, that mindset has to change.

The Solution

We rewrote the rulebook.

With a tight timeline and ambitious objectives, we needed a solution that was fast, effective, and genuinely engaging. We used gamification not just to capture attention, but to drive meaningful adoption across the business.

The Converged Baseline Training pushed the creative boundaries of Articulate Storyline. Designed with a creative audience in mind, the experience mirrored real-world workflows through slick UX and intuitive design that integrated seamlessly into Havas University, our proprietary learning platform accessible to employees worldwide. To inspire employees to prioritise learning and embrace the company’s new strategic vision, we combined learning theory with playful animations and rich visuals – encouraging active participation and long-term retention.

The Results

Within three hours of launch, more than 500 employees completed the training, quickly embracing the shift in their daily workflow. Another 8,000 followed to become fluent in Havas’ new strategic vision. This was a win not just for the design and build teams, but for our delivery team – who collaborated to produce high-quality work in half the usual time, turning mandatory training into a meaningful learning experience.
